The single most important step you can take to preserve your vision is to have an annual eye exam. First, we will test your “visual acuity” (close-up and distance vision.) Then our technicians will painlessly check eye pressure, eye muscle control, the health of your optic nerves at the base of your eye (done by dilating your eye) and more. An eye exam usually takes about an hour, including the time you spend completing or updating your medical history, being examined and discussing “next steps” with your doctor.

To make an appointment for an annual eye exam, please call our office at 410/546-2500.

American Academy of Ophthalmology:

We would like to inform our patients that at the present time we are not scheduling refractive surgery, including LASIK or PRK.  We may resume this in the future.  If you would be interested we can put your name on a call list for when we do offer it again.  We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause.  Please feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns.

Thank you for your understanding!
